OCPP Proxy
The OCPP Proxy is a middleware layer that acts as an intermediary between EV chargers and the CPO back-office system. It enables transparent routing and management of OCPP communication without requiring changes at the charger level.
During a migration, chargers stay online and operational throughout the transition, no firmware updates, no downtime, no disruption to drivers. It also provides greater flexibility, interoperability, and control over your network long after the migration is complete.

01 Discovery & Planning
We start by understanding your environment in full. We identify all workstreams and dependencies, define owners and governance structures, conduct stakeholder workshops, create the project plan and timelines, and map risks with clear mitigation plans. Nothing moves forward until we have a complete picture of what we are working with.
02 Transition Preparation
Before any data moves, we prepare the environment. We set up proxy and staging environments and define a detailed data migration plan to fit the target data model, and how it is loaded in the correct sequence.
Data clean-up is built into this phase, not bolted on afterwards. Poor source data is one of the most common reasons migrations fail. We also run migration trials and dry runs, align with payment, roaming, and third-party vendors, define cutover and rollback plans, and validate all integrations before anything goes near production.
03 Migration & Cutover
Execution is phased and fully coordinated. We execute migration activities, perform data validation and reconciliation, and run automated verification scripts to confirm accuracy. We coordinate cutover across all stakeholders — your internal teams, outgoing and incoming platform vendors, roaming partners, and payment processors.
We also manage communication planning for your customers and third parties, ensuring all parties are aligned, committed, and informed ahead of the cutover window. Rollback plans are tested and in place before we begin.
04 Stabilization & Optimization
The work does not stop at go-live. We provide post-go-live support, monitor incidents and performance, and coordinate issue resolution as edge cases surface, and they always do in the first days after a cutover.
We also ensure your team is well-prepared for daily operations. This includes training manuals, coaching sessions, and hands-on support during the hypercare phase, addressing any immediate needs and ensuring a smooth operational handover. Once stabilized, we validate success metrics and KPIs and share optimization recommendations.
