With more than 14 years in the EV charging industry including senior roles at Tesla and E.ON, Martin combines commercial strategy with deep technical insight and a strong industry network across operators, utilities and technology providers. He advises stakeholders on scalable growth models, infrastructure direction and strategic partnerships, leveraging cross-market relationships to support structured expansion and long-term positioning in complex EV charging ecosystems.

Dinesan Rasiah

With 10+ years bridging technology and business, Dinesan supports EV charging stakeholders in translating commercial strategy into structured technical execution. His experience spans platform architecture, system integration and large-scale implementation. He advises operators and technology providers on aligning infrastructure, software and operational processes ensuring scalable, end-to-end solutions grounded in real-world execution.

Senior EV Charging Advisor

Jan Haugen Ihle

Jan brings more than 15 years of experience in eMobility and is one of the few executives to have built and scaled a national EV charging network from the ground up. In 2011, he led the establishment of Fortum’s charging business in Norway, which evolved into Recarge today the largest EV charging network in the country. Jan advises on DC network strategy, market entry, site rollout and operational optimization, supporting CPOs and market entrants navigating scalable growth.
