Loyalty Platform Architecture & Development

Elevathors supported an EV charging operator in designing the technical architecture for a new loyalty application aimed at strengthening customer engagement and retention.

Our work included advising on the platform structure, selecting the appropriate technology stack and ensuring alignment with the operator’s existing systems and long-term scalability.

The engagement later evolved into a full development project supporting the operator’s digital platform strategy.
